Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with the products received, we are happy to provide you with an exchange for another item or provide you with a refund with 7 days of receipt where products are in new, unworn and unwashed condition with original tags and packaging.

Items purchased on sale can be exchanged for another size (subject to availability) or refund to a value of your actual purchase price. Please note, change of mind does not apply to sale items.

You are responsible for posting the products back to us and we would suggest using tracked method.

Return process:

Before retuning your item, please email us at support@gico.cc and let us know that you are wishing to return your order and we will guide you with the process.

Product Faults

Sometimes unexpected manufacturing faults can occur and if you believe that you have received something that is incorrect or faulty, please email support@gico.cc so that we can sort out a replacement/refund as soon as possible.
